Background

On October 7th, 2023, Israel experienced a devastating attack by Hamas terrorists with more than 1,400 Israeli lives tragically lost, and over 3,400 individuals injured. This attack was barbaric, and gruesome in nature. We have secured videos showing Hamas cutting open live people, raping woman, and throwing bombs into shelters.

The consequences of this attack are heart-wrenching with reports claiming that over 40 babies were killed during this massacre. This was directed at innocent civilians instead of military targets and was the largest civilian attack in Israel history, and the most Jews killed in an single incident since the Holocaust.

IDF responded to the October 7th tragedy with the full support of the USA. With many lives at stake there was an unprecedented and unselfish sacrifice that is being made towards security of the survivors and others because of the impact of those events.

Our Commitment

Direct Payment

Donations will go to the Immediate Necessities for Victims. These victims will not have the financial wherewithal to meet these immediate needs, and this is where JBL Edge Helping Israel, LLC (the “Fund”) will step in.

No Cash Donations

No cash donations will be given to victims. Once a family has been vetted, and their needs ascertained, our family and friends in Israel will be directed to make DIRECT payments with proof of payment to help meet the immediate needs of the approved victims. Such needs may include food, payment of relocation expenses, rent associated with new home, repair costs of damaged home, car, or uncovered medical expenses.

Zero Administration Fees

The volunteers including employees of related companies, and family members are donating their time to help impact the lives of the victims. 100% of the contributions to the Fund will be utilized to help those in need and impacted by the tragedy.

Full Transparency

All stakeholder will have access to bank account statements, receipts, and will be provided reports and accounting of all the monies collected and how they were utilized. We will maintain absolute control and unwavering transparency in the utilization of these funds. Our family and friends in Israel will be responsible for procuring the essential resources required by these families. They will diligently furnish us with receipts for every expenditure, ensuring that no cash payments are involved.

With each victim’s consent, each stakeholder will have the ability and access to direct contact information for each victim we help.

All Unused Funds

Any unused funds will be returned to stakeholders on a pro-rata basis.

Becoming a Partner in our Mission

Join the JBL Edge Helping Israel, Inc. fund and become a partner in this amazing venture to help rebuild the lives of the victims of the October 7th massacre and to the noble individuals who sacrifice in their efforts towards the security of the survivors.

A minimum donation of $2,500 will allow us to manage this project in an easier manner.

Founding board members are each making an initial contribution of $10,000.00.

Each partner is invited to refer a victim or participate in the decision-making process.

We are forming this project as a Not-for-Profit organization, pending 501(c)(3) status and the donations will be tax-deductible contributions.

We are a group of friends who want to make a DIRECT and IMMEDIATE impact to helpless victims of this tragedy.
